Kale, Pineapple, MSM Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1. 1 cup lightly packed chopped kale leaves. (You can also use Spinach).
2. 60 drops Happy Body MSM Drops (approx. 2/3rds of a teaspoon).
3. 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or any milk you like).
4. 1 frozen medium banana, cut into chunks
5. 1/8 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
6. 1/4 cup frozen pineapple pieces
7. Optional: 1 tablespoon peanut butter.
8. 1 to 3 teaspoons honey, to taste
Directions:
Place all ingredients (kale, almond milk, banana, yogurt, pineapple, peanut butter, and honey) in a blender in the order listed.
Blend until smooth. Add more milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
Chocolate, Chia, MSM Protein Shake Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Add 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder of your choice.
2. 60 drops Happy Body MSM Drops (approx. 2/3’s of a teaspoon).
3. ½ Cup Unsweetened chocolate almond milk (or any milk you like).
4. ½ to 1 whole banana.
5. 1/3rd cup water (or ice).

Directions:
Place all ingredients a blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth.
Green Tea, MSM, Lime, Mint Detox Drink
Ingredients:
Makes a 8oz, 1 serving
1. Add 1 bag green tea
2. 8 ounces of filtered water
3. 40 Drops Happy Body MSM Drops (1/3rd Teaspoon)
4. 1/2 small lemon (or lime), juiced
5. 2-3 mint leaves (optional)
6. 1 Teaspoon Honey / 1 Tsp Stevia (optional)
Directions
1. Prepare green tea according to package directions.
Let steep for 5 minutes and then remove the tea bag (for stronger tea you can steep longer).
2. While tea is steeping, juice 1/2 of a small lemon (or lime) in a small dish.
3. Add the MSM drops, and mint leaves into the lemon juice and muddle (press the leaves into the dish to release their healthful oils) slightly to release their oils. You can also use Mint essential oil.
4. Stir in optional sweetener of your choice, and enjoy warm, or over ice.

Skin toners are solutions or washes designed to gently cleanse the face, and helps shrink pores and remove impurities from the skin. usually used on the face.
Toners can be applied to the skin in different ways: the most common is as a spray or with a cotton ball, or cotton pad.
Steps:
1. Take a green tea bag or 2 tbsp. (30 ml) loose green tea leaves into 1 cup (236 ml) of boiling water. Allow the tea to steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
2. Add 40 – 60 drops (approx. ½ a teaspoon) of Happy Body MSM Drops.
3. Mix solution, and add to glass bottle of your choice.
4. Add 6 drops Tea Tree Oil (optional) + ¼ Tsp of Apple cider vinegar.
5. Apply to face and neck up to 2x a day.
MSM Purifying / Detoxing Skin Cleanser
A good skin cleanser helps remove make-up, dead skin, oils, dirt, toxins, and pollutants from the skin of the face.
A good cleanser also helps to unclog pores and prevent blemishes and / or acne.
Many cleansers sold in stores have very harsh detergents, and chemicals that dry out skin and can damage the dermal layer.
Natural skin cleansers do all of the important functions and actually help nourish the skin while cleaning it.
Ingredients:
1. ¼ cup liquid castile soap (you can get this at most drug stores or Amazon).
2. ¼ cup brewed organic chamomile / green or white tea.
3. ¾ teaspoon grapeseed, sweet almond, hazelnut, avocado, or olive oil.
4. 8 drops essential oils ie. lavender, frankincense (optional).
5. Add 100 drops of Happy Body MSM Drops (approx. 1 teaspoon).
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a small bowl and add tea when completely cooled.
Mix ingredients well and pour into a small squirt bottle or pump bottle.
Be sure to label your container.
Makes about 4 ounces of face wash, lasts 2+ weeks.
MSM Anti-Aging Cream
This anti-aging cream is MUCH better than most very pricey creams found in stores.
You can save yourself hundreds of dollars a year, and reduce the toxin-load on your body by making your own, highly effective MSM, Anti-aging cream.
Ingredients:
1. Add 1/3 cup aloe vera gel.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of sweet almond oil or you can also use either coconut or olive oil.
3. 1.5 tablespoons beeswax pastilles (sold on Amazon).
4. Add 5 drops of your favorite essential oil (optional).
5. Add 30 Happy Body MSM Drops / Liquid.
6. Add 2 drops vitamin E oil (optional).
Steps:
1. Heat the almond oil, and beeswax in the double boiler until melted and well combined (2 – 4 mins)
2. Pour the oil mix into a bowl large enough to use a hand mixer in without splashing
3. Walk away and let the mixture cool to room temperature- for at least an hour, probably more.
4. Mix and fold in the essential oils into the aloe vera gel and MSM Drops.
5. Then whip mixture until it reaches your desired consistency (I used my hand mixer for about 10 minutes)
Put in a container with a tight lid and enjoy! Last for up to 3 – 4 weeks.
Homemade Aloe, MSM Under-Eye Serum
A good eye serum is used to limit under-eye circles, stop eye puffiness, add back elasticity to the skin around the eyes, and reduce wrinkles, and crow’s feet around the eyes.

Ingredients:
1. ¼ cup coconut milk (homemade or canned).

3. 20 drops of Essential Oils of choice (ex: peppermint, lavender, rosemary and orange or combinations of those).
4. For dry hair: add ½ tsp olive or almond oil (optional).
5. Add 140 drops of Happy Body MSM Drops (approx. 1.5 teaspoons).
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in an old shampoo bottle or jar of some kind (old pump soap dispensers work well for this.)
2. Shake well to mix.
3. Keep in shower for up to a month.
4. Shake before each use.
MSM, Honey, Lemon Spray In Conditioner
This spray-in conditioner will help strengthen the hair, detoxify the scalp and hair follicles while thickening the roots, and create an amazing shine and luster.
Ingredients:
1. Add 3/4 cup filtered water.
2. Add 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar.
