Shipping Policies:
USA:
- In the US, we ship from our warehouse in Fontana CA.
- Typically orders received before 12:00 noon PST. are shipped same day
- Our free shipping services uses USPS and UPS and takes between 3 – 4 business days.
- During certain times of the year (i.e. Christmas) orders can take up to 5 – 6 business days to arrive.
- We also offer (for extra charge) an expedited shipping option that provides guaranteed shipping to your door in 2 – 3 business days.
Canada:
- In Canada, we ship from our warehouse in Fontana CA.
- Typically orders received before 12:00 noon EST. are shipped same day.
- Our free shipping services uses Canada Post, Purolator and CanPar, and takes between 3 – 6 business days.
- During certain times of the year (i.e. Christmas) orders can take up to 7 – 8 business days to arrive.
- We also offer (for extra charge) an expedited shipping option that provides guaranteed shipping to your door in 3 – 4 business days.
International Orders:
- For international orders outside the USA and Canada, please contact us first by email.
- When you email us please provide your mailing address in full, so that we may provide you a accurate quote.
- All international orders require a minimum order of 6 units. This is done as international shipping is pricey, and shipping one unit is many times the same as shipping 5 – 6.
- Please also note that in the case of orders outside the USA or Canada, any locally charged taxes, customs fees and duties levied by your home County or local, are your responsibility, and are not included in our fees or prices.
- Free shipping only applies to areas inside the USA or Canada only.
Wholesale Orders:
Orders over 15 units are considered wholesale orders, and if any orders with 15 units or more are returned for any reason, they are subject to a 25% restocking fee, unless waived by Happy Body at its own discretion.
Tracking Your Order:
- Tracking numbers are assigned to packages upon shipping.
- As soon as we get confirmed tracking number information it is entered into our system, you will be updated with an email containing all key shipping information so that you can easily track your order as needed.
- If you do not see an email from us please check your junk or spam email folder.
- Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package.
Return Policies and Info:
We always want you to be satisfied with the products you purchase from us, that is why we offer our Ironclad 100% money back guarantee of 90 days from the date of your order.
How To Request a Regular Return:
Important: Contact us so we can initiate your return authorization number for your return.
We will then send you a non-prepaid return label by email. Items must be returned to us, for a full refund.
If you do not have a return merchandise authorization number (RMA), we CANNOT guarantee the proper shipping and receiving by our warehouse to confirm your return for full refund in a timely manner.
Returns for international orders outside the USA and Canada are not accepted. It is a final sale unless there was an actual issue with the product packaging or quality.
Q: When Will Refunds Show On Your Statement?
A: Refunds are typically processed within 8 – 14 business days, based on the following process:
1. The time for you to send us back the return.
2. The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
3. The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
