Shipping Policies & Info:
In the USA, we ship from our warehouse in Greater Los Angeles CA. Typically orders ship within 2 business days or less, and typically arrive at your door within 2 – 3 business days.
In Canada we ship from Toronto, and due to the country’s size, shipping can take a few days longer between 3 – 5 business days on average.
We require a valid mailing address in full, and a minimum order of 6 units to quote your final cost.
Please also note that in the case of orders outside the USA or Canada, any locally charged taxes, customs fees and duties levied by your home County or local, are your responsibility, and are not included in our fees or prices.
When we offer Free Shipping periods in the USA and Canada, we reserve the right to review or cancel any order, quantities or locations that may pose significant cost restrictions, in which case we will contact you by phone and/or email to confirm details and potential associated costs.
Orders over 12 units are considered wholesale orders, and if any orders with 12 units or more are returned for any reason, they are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless waived by Happy Body Store in its own discretion.
Tracking Your Order:
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages upon shipping.
As soon as we get confirmed tracking number information it is entered into our system, you will be updated with an email containing all key shipping information so that you can easily track your order as needed.
If you do not see an email from us please check your junk or spam email folder.
Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package.
Return Policies and Info:
We always want you to be satisfied with the products you purchase from us, that is why we offer our Ironclad 100% money back guarantee of 90 days from the date of your order.
How To Request a Regular Return:
Important: Contact us so we can initiate your return authorization number for your return. We will then send you a non-prepaid return label by email.
If you do not have a return merchandise authorization number (RMA), we CANNOT guarantee the proper shipping and receiving by our warehouse to confirm your return for full refund in a timely manner.
Returns for international orders outside the USA and Canada are not accepted. It is a final sale unless there was an actual issue with the product packaging or quality.
Q: When Will Refunds Show On Your Statement?
A: Refunds are typically processed within 8 – 14 business days, based on the following process:
1. The time for you to send us back the return.
2. The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
3. The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
