Shipping & Returns Information
In the USA, we ship from our warehouse in Greater Los Angeles CA. Typically orders ship within 2-3 business days from your order. Most orders arrive 3 – 5 business days.
In Canada we ship from Toronto, and due to the country’s size, shipping can take a few days longer between 5 – 7 business days.

Please also note that in the case of orders outside the USA or Canada, any locally charged taxes, customs fees and duties levied by your home County or local, are your responsibility, and are not included in our fees or prices.
When we offer Free Shipping periods in the USA and Canada, we reserve the right to review or cancel any order, quantities or locations that may pose significant cost restrictions to us, in which case we will contact you by phone and/or email to confirm details and potential associated costs.
Tracking Your Order:
When can you track your order?
At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages upon shipping and from there are emailed to you. As soon as we get confirmed tracking number information it is entered into our system, you will be updated with an email containing all key shipping information so that you can easily track your order when needed. If you do not see an email from us please check your junk or spam email folder.
Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package.
Return Policies and Method:
We always want you to be satisfied with the products you purchase from us, that is why we offer a 100% money back guarantee of 60 days on opened product and there is a not time limit return policy on unopened products.
1. Contact us so we can initiate your return.
2. Send any used or unused product back to our warehouse with the following on the package or the box:
a. Your Name and order number (if you still have it).
b. Please put the word “Return” clearly on the box or envelope / package.

Refunds are processed promptly when you item is received back at our warehouse.
When Refunds Will Show On Your statement:
Customers, please note refunds are typically processed within 10- 15 business days, based on the following process:
1. The return and refund time period includes the time for you to send us back the return, transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days),
2. The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and finally;
3. The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
