Navigating Your Affiliate Dashboard

Here is an image of your dashboard , and we have numbered each area so you can easily follow along to understand.

 

Here’s an explanation of each number shown in the image above.

 

Top Section (Your Account Info)

1. Affiliate Status: Shows if your account is active or approved. Any changes to your affiliate account health will be shown here.

2. Payment Email: This is the PayPal email where your affiliate payments will be sent. Double-check this to ensure you get paid correctly.

3. Account Email: This is your main email address for login and communication and should ideally be the same as your PayPal email.

4. Affiliate ID: This is your unique identification number as an affiliate.

---

5. Your Affiliate Link: This is your main, basic referral link, that when you share with your contacts, sends them to our store’s home page. You can find more specific links that send a person directly to the product you want to promote. You will find those links on the “affiliate links” tab.

6. Dashboard: This is your affiliate home page (where you are now).

7. Referrals: This tab will give you a detailed list of all successful referrals you’ve earned commissions for.

---

8. Visits: When clicked this tab will give you the number of people who clicked your affiliate link, even if they didn’t purchase yet. This gives you basically the total amount of contacts you sent to our site, including the ones who actually purchased.

9. Payouts: This tab allows you to track your earnings, payouts, and pending balances. Remember you have to earn $50.00 in commissions to trigger a payout. Until you hit $50.00 your balance just accrues.

10. Links: This tab is where you get to select specific affiliate links by product.

---

11. Settings: This is there more for us at Happy Body. If you have any changes you want to make to your profile simply email us here.

---

12. Landing Pages: This section shows you more detail on the product or store pages you have sent people to, and how many of that group of people purchased. This is a great page and allows you to understand which products you sell the most of through your contacts. That’s really important data!

13. Lifetime Customers: Happy Body is one of the rare companies that tracks lifetime referrals. This section will show returning customers who continue to earn you commissions.

Other Dashboard Details

14. Dashboard Overview: Displays your overall affiliate performance.

---

15. Total Referrals: Tracks the total number of successful referrals (people that have purchased).

---

16. Total Visits: Shows how many people have clicked your referral link, even if they didn’t purchase.

---

17. Total Unpaid Earnings: Displays the amount you’ve earned but hasn’t been paid yet. (Remember if you are over $50.00 we pay out within the first 5 business days after the end of the month)

18. Total Paid Earnings: Tracks the total commissions you’ve received so far to date.

---

19. Available Store Credit: If you ever want, you can turn your commissions into store credit as well. Anytime you do, the total amount is shown here.

Graphs and Activity Tracking

20. Visits – Last 30 Days: A visual graph showing how many visitors clicked your link in the past month.

21. Referrals – Last 30 Days: A graph showing successful sale referrals over the past month.

• Pick the products you like and share them using emails or text messages. The more you share, the more you tend to earn!

How To Use The Referrals Page

Referrals = Sales. They’re simply the number of people who actually purchased from the contacts you have sent to our site.

What Each Heading on the Table Means:

ID: This is the specific Happy Body store order ID of the person from your contacts that purchased.

Date: This shows the date the order was made.

---

Source: This gives you the link that the person who purchased used to visit our site.

---

Amount: This is the total you have earned from that order as your commission.

REMEMBER: We pay on the order total minus taxes and shipping costs (if any). We pay 10% on your first sale from any customer and 5% on any additional sales over their lifetime as a customer. Also, you are always paid in the currency of your home country.

Status: This is the current status of the payment:

• Unpaid: This will be added to your next triggered payout (after you hit $50.00).
• Paid: A commission that was paid to you in full.
• Rejected: The order was either cancelled by the customer or returned for a full refund.

Remember:

• You only get a payout triggered after $50.00 in commissions. Until that time, it accrues, and you can see your balance in real-time on the affiliate portal page.
• We are not responsible for any related taxes you may owe on referral commissions.

How To Use The Visits Page

Visits = a website visitor from your links. They’re simply the number of people who actually clicked on one of your affiliate links and visited Happybodystore.com

What Each Heading on the Table Means:

ID: This id of the actual visitor you sent us in numerical order.

Date: This shows the date the visit was made.

---

Referral ID : This is set to zero, and is for internal use only.

---

Referring Page: This will show you where the visitor came from (ie Facebook), but it may also be blank, when a person just clicks on a link you sent them via email or text message.

Landing URL: This is the product or store page you sent the person to on our website

---

Remember:

• The more visits to our site you can generate from our contacts the more you will tend to earn.
• Check out our tips and examples on how to send affiliate links to your contacts, click the “Affiliate Link” tab in the menu.

How To Use The Payouts Page

Payouts = Anytime you get a payout from us, that payment and payout details are found here.

What Each Heading on the Table Means:

NOTE: If the table is blank, that means you have not earned $50.00 yet to trigger a payout.

ID: This is the PayPal payout ID for the commission payout to you.

Date: This shows the date the payout was made.

---

Amount: This is the total amount for that payout. 

REMEMBER: You are always paid in the currency of your home country.

---

Status: This is the current status of the payment:

• Paid: This payout was completed and successfully sent to the PayPal email you provided. 

---

Remember:

• You only get a payout triggered after $50.00 in commissions. Until that time, it accrues, and you can see your balance in real-time on the affiliate portal page.
• We are not responsible for any related taxes you may owe on referral commissions. You can use this table to estimate your taxes owed – if any.
• Always ensure you have the correct PayPal email address, we do not resend payments once completed as we cannot recover that payout if you have made any error with your PayPal email spelling.

How To Use The Landing Page Tab

Landing Page = The actual page a visitor arrives at on our website from your links.

What Each Heading on the Table Means:

Page URL: This is the web page address that you sent contacts to. You can have different landing pages.

For example: You can send contacts to our Organic Sulfur landing page, where they can research and buy that product. You may also have other products you promote from us, and those will have different landing pages since they are different products.

Date: This shows the date the visit was made.

---

Total Visits Count: This is the total number of people that have visited that page from your contacts.

---

Total Referral Count: This is the total number of your contacts that have purchased from visiting our store through that link/page. This is really great info and easily shows you which pages are driving your commissions.

Landing URL: This is the product or store page you sent the person to on our website.

---

Remember:

• The more visits to our site you can generate from your contacts, the more you will tend to earn.
• Check out our tips and examples on how to send affiliate links to your contacts. Click the “Affiliate Link” tab in the menu.
