Here are the most commonly asked questions by our affiliates:

1️⃣ How and when do I get paid?

 

• Payments are made monthly, within five business days after the first of the month.

• You must have at least $50 in commissions to receive a payout.

---

• Payments are made only through PayPal, and you will be paid in your home currency, regardless of where the purchase happened.

---

• Your PayPal email must be correct—we are not responsible for incorrect details.

---

2️⃣ How much commission do I earn per sale?

 

• You earn 10% on a customer’s first purchase, regardless of what they order.

---

• You earn 5% on all future purchases made by that customer, as long as they continue to buy through your affiliate link.

---

• Commissions are based on the subtotal (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts).

---

• Commissions are lifetime unless Happy Body updates its terms.

---

3️⃣ What happens if a customer returns or cancels an order?

 

• If a customer returns an item, the commission for that sale will be deducted from your total earnings.

---

• If a customer cancels an order before it ships, the commission will also be removed from your balance.

---

4️⃣ How can I promote Happy Body products?

 

You can share your affiliate link through:

• Email
• Text message
• Personal social media posts
• Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and other direct messaging apps

You can see examples of messages that can be sent to your contacts on the “Get Links” tab.

5️⃣ Are there any marketing restrictions?

 

• We Do Not Allow Pay-Per-Click (PPC) ads unless you are a professional marketer who has received prior approval.

• Affiliates cannot make medical or health claims unless it’s a personal experience.

---

• Promoting your personal experience is encouraged! If MSM or other Happy Body products helped you, share your story—that’s a claim you can make because it’s true!

6️⃣ Can I share my link with friends and family?

 

• Absolutely! The best way to increase commissions is to genuinely recommend Happy Body to people who need it.

• You can also send them a multi-pack link after their first order, so they save more & you earn more!

---

7️⃣ What happens if I enter the wrong PayPal email?

 

• We only send payments to the PayPal email listed in your account.

---

• If the email is incorrect, the payment will not be reissued—please double-check your details!

---

8️⃣ Do commissions include taxes and shipping?

 

• No. Your commissions are based only on the product subtotal before taxes, shipping, and discounts.

• If promo codes or other sales are used, commissions are based on the final order total after discounts.

---

9️⃣ How can I maximize my earnings?

 

• Stay in contact with your customers—follow up with them and send them multi-pack links for bigger savings.

• Encourage them to repurchase through your link—this is how you earn lifetime commissions on their future orders!

---

• Remember: You earn 5% on all their future orders, for life, unless Happy Body changes the program terms.

• There’s no penalty, but you won’t earn commissions until you make a sale.

• Yes. You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on your earnings if applicable. We have nothing to do with it.

Affiliate Dashboard Explained

1️⃣ What is the “Current Balance” section?

👉 This shows how much you’ve earned so far from your affiliate referrals. It includes all commissions from clicks and conversions. If your balance is over $50.00, it will trigger a payout. After the payout, your balance will reset and start accumulating again with new conversions.

2️⃣ What does “Estimated Next Payout” mean?

👉 This is an estimate of how much you’ll earn in your next payment. It is based on clicks and conversions made in the current period and is an estimate only.

3️⃣ What are “Clicks”?

👉 Clicks show how many times people have clicked your affiliate link. The more clicks you get, the more likely it is to lead to sales and commissions.

4️⃣ What are “Conversions”?

👉 Conversions are the number of people who clicked your link and then made a purchase through your affiliate link. You earn commissions based on these sales.

5️⃣ What does “Revenue” show?

👉 Revenue shows the total amount of sales generated through your affiliate link. This is NOT your commissions; it’s the total revenue from the orders placed by your referrals. Your commissions are based on this revenue. The number is shown in your home country’s currency (either USD or CAD).

6️⃣ What is “Commission Rate”?

👉 This is the percentage you earn from each sale made through your affiliate link. For new sales, your commission rate is 10% of the order value (excluding any applicable taxes or shipping costs).

7️⃣ What are “Commissions”?

👉 This shows the total amount you’ve earned in commissions, calculated based on your commission rate:

• New customers: For new sales from a brand-new customer, your commission rate is 10% of the net sale (minus taxes and shipping).
• Existing customers: For sales from existing customers, your commission rate is 5% of the net sale (minus taxes and shipping). This rate applies for the lifetime of the customer, unless there are any changes to the affiliate program’s terms and conditions.

8️⃣ What are “Voids”?

👉 Voids are sales that were canceled, refunded, or otherwise voided. If any of your referred orders are returned or refunded, the commissions for those sales will be subtracted from your total earnings, as is standard with all affiliate programs.

9️⃣ What is “Avg. Earns Per Click”?

👉 This shows how much you’re earning, on average, for each click made through your affiliate link. It helps you track how effective your affiliate efforts have been. A higher $/click means you are generating more sales with each click sent to us.

🔟 What is the “Click” Graph?

👉 This graph shows you the amount of people that ‘clicked’ on your affiliate links, by date. You will always have more clicks than conversions. Clicks are like the traffic you sent us, and conversions are the amount of people from your traffic (clicks) that purchased something. Basically this is the deal, the more clicks you get, the more conversions (sales) and commissions you will earn.
