Shipping Policies

USA

• U.S. orders ship from our warehouse in Fontana, California.
• Orders received before 12:00 noon PST typically ship the same business day.
• Our free shipping options use USPS or UPS and usually arrive within 3 to 4 business days.
• During peak periods, such as Christmas and other holidays, delivery may take 5 to 6 business days.
• We also offer expedited shipping for an additional charge, with delivery in 2 to 3 business days.
• Please note: we do not ship to P.O. boxes. A standard street address is required.

Canada

• Canadian orders ship from our warehouse in Toronto, Ontario.
• Orders received before 12:00 noon EST typically ship the same business day.
• Our free shipping options use Canada Post, Purolator, or Canpar and usually arrive within 3 to 6 business days.
• During peak periods, such as Christmas and other holidays, delivery may take 7 to 8 business days.
• We also offer expedited shipping for an additional charge, with delivery in 3 to 4 business days.
• Please note: we do not ship to Canadian P.O. boxes. A standard street address is required.

International Orders

• For orders outside the USA and Canada, please contact us by email first.
• Please include your full mailing address so we can provide an accurate shipping quote.
• International orders require a minimum purchase of 6 units. This is because international shipping is expensive, and the cost to ship 1 unit is often close to the cost of shipping 5 to 6 units.
• Any taxes, customs fees, duties, or other local charges imposed by your country are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
• Free shipping applies only within the USA and Canada.
• Please note: we do not ship to P.O. boxes. A standard street address is required.

Wholesale Orders

• Orders of 15 units or more are considered wholesale orders.
• If a wholesale order is returned for any reason, it may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, unless waived by Happy Body at its sole discretion.
• If you are interested in wholesale, please email us with the products you would like to carry.
• Please note: we do not ship to P.O. boxes. A standard street address is required.

Tracking Your Order

• Tracking numbers are assigned when your order ships.
• As soon as tracking information is confirmed and entered into our system, you will receive an email with the details needed to track your order.
• If you do not see our email, please check your junk or spam folder.
• In some cases, orders may be delivered by a carrier that does not offer tracking.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with the products you purchase from us. That is why we offer our Ironclad 100% Money-Back Guarantee for 90 days from the date of your order.

How To Request a Return

Important: Please contact us first so we can issue your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

We will then email you a non-prepaid return label. Items must be returned to us to qualify for a full refund.

If your return does not include an RMA number, we cannot guarantee timely processing or confirmation of receipt by our warehouse.

International orders outside the USA and Canada are final sale unless there is a confirmed issue with the product packaging or quality.

When will refunds appear on your statement?

Refunds are typically processed within 8 to 14 business days, depending on the following:

1. The time it takes for you to send the return back to us
2. The time it takes us to process your return once it is received (typically 3 to 5 business days)
3. The time it takes your bank to post the refund (typically 5 to 10 business days)
